VictusForm

Privacy Policy

VictusForm is built so there's almost nothing to say here: it doesn't collect your data, doesn't track you, and doesn't send anything to us. This page explains exactly what that means.

The short version

VictusForm does not collect your personal information, sell it, track you, or show ads. We operate no servers of our own and never receive your data. On iPhone and Apple Watch, your data syncs privately across your devices through your own iCloud account, where only you can reach it. On Android, it stays on your device.

No account required

There is no sign-up, no login, and no email needed to use the app. We never ask for your identity.

Where your data lives

Your workouts, plans, body metrics, programs, and settings are created and stored on your device. They are never uploaded to Semper Codex, and we run no servers that hold your data.

On iPhone and Apple Watch, the app uses Apple's CloudKit to sync this data through your private iCloud account, so your training stays in step across the Apple devices signed in to your Apple ID. That data lives in your personal iCloud space, under Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy; Semper Codex cannot access it and never receives a copy. You can turn it off at any time by disabling iCloud for VictusForm in the iOS Settings app, and the app will keep everything on your device only.

On Android, your data stays on your device and is not synced to any cloud service.

No tracking or analytics

The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking software. We do not build a profile of you, and we have no way of knowing who you are or how you use the app.

Apple Health and Health Connect

With your explicit permission, VictusForm can read and write a limited set of data to Apple Health: your body weight and cardio activity, such as distance and active energy. This happens only when you choose it, stays between your device and Apple Health, and is never sent to us. You can review or revoke this access at any time in the iOS Settings app, under Privacy & Security, then Health. (On Android, the app uses Health Connect for body weight only, on the same terms.)

Sharing and export

VictusForm lets you export your workout plans as files and share them, for example with a friend or another device. This is always something you start, and the file goes only where you send it. We are not involved and never receive a copy.

Purchases

VictusForm is a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google, and we never see your payment details. The app has no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no ads.

Children

VictusForm is a general-audience fitness app and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and revise the date below. Because the app collects no data, we do not expect material changes.
