What it is

VictusForm is an offline-first workout tracker for people who lift. Plan your week, log every set, follow multi-week programs, and watch your strength climb, on iPhone, Apple Watch, and Android, with nothing in the way.

It comes with a library of more than 1,200 exercises and form videos, and handles strength, timed, cardio, and interval training. Rest timers, supersets, estimated one-rep max, a plate calculator, and body-weight tracking are all built in. Start with just sets and reps; the deeper metrics are there when you want them, and invisible until then.
